A multi-sport athlete who earned a lacrosse scholarship to Old Dominion University, Carrie Wightman has over 25+ years of experience as a fitness instructor. She’s also an on-air fitness guest host on QVC, as well as a content creator, sales rep, and dedicated mom. She’s earned certifications in a myriad of disciplines, including spinning, strength training Pilates, TRX, and water aquatics, and she’s even created her own no-nonsense workout, Carrie’s Bootcamp. How does she do it all? One word: ENERGY.
